Booking and Delivery

For a weekend hire, our standard event flushing toilet costs $220 + GST, which includes pick up and delivery.
Simply pre-order by Wednesday to guarantee it arrives by Friday; we'll collect early the following week. Our service covers delivery and pick-up from Whangarei to Wellington.

For all weekend hires of an event flushing toilet, full payment is required regardless of account status.
For all other orders by non-account holding customers, a 50% deposit is required before delivery. -
As a general guideline, we recommend 1 portable toilet per 50 attendees for a standard event. However several factors can influence this including:
- Event Duration: Longer events typically require more units.
- Guest Count: The total number of people attending.
- Food and Drink Consumption: Events with significant food or alcohol consumption will likely need more facilities.

As a general guideline, we recommend 1 portable toilet per 10 people on site. Our construction toilets are serviced weekly as a minimum to maintain hygiene

For larger events or projects, we suggest booking in advance to secure your units. However we are always ready to accommodate urgent, last-minute needs.

We can typically deliver the next business day from Silverdale to Drury. However delivery speed depends on your specific North Island location and unit availability. Contact us for an accurate timeframe.
Servicing and Maintenance

At FLSSH we are committed to pristine hygiene. Our rigorous process includes regular servicing, deep cleaning, specialised solutions, ATP sanitation monitoring, and providing hospital-grade hand sanitiser, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant experience for every user.

For ongoing hires, SHVTBOX and FLSSH units require a minimum of one service per week to maintain our hygiene standards. Event servicing schedules are tailored to your specific needs.

Yes, FLSSH can service units after hours. For optimal efficiency and minimal disruption, we prefer to service when the venue or site is free of people and movement.
For one-day hires, units are typically serviced thoroughly once returned to our base. Depending on usage, emptying may occur on-site before removal.

No, for safety, quality control, and to prevent potential damage, only FLSSH personnel are authorised to service our units.

Product Specifics and On-Site Considerations

Yes, our portable toilets can be placed on almost any terrain. Our team always prioritises safety for our personnel, vehicles, and your site during placement.

Some Prestige units require a standard 15AMP power supply for features like air conditioning and lighting. We can provide a 15-meter extension cord. Prestige units also include a hose up to 15 meters for water connection.

In high wind areas, units can be securely anchored to the ground using rebar or pegs through the four designated holes on the base.
In the unlikely event a unit tips over, please call us immediately. Our team will be dispatched to safely clean up or replace the unit.
Sustainability and Responsibility
